Contemporary double fronted Edwardian terrace

Once a dilapidated property that was split into two flats with a separate basement, this double fronted terrace house was in a neglected state when Charlie and the team were appointed to create a cohesive family home.

Charlie and her team carried out a full renovation to bring the separate dwellings together and restore the properties flow as a family home. The basement, which has previously only housed the services for the property, was transformed into a self contained guest suite as well as providing space for a utility room, cloakroom and home gym. When replacing the roof, Charlie installed a fixed roof light which flooded the previously dark stairwell with natural light. The result is a luxurious family home.
