St Johns Wood Mansion Flat

As mansion block flat this project had to be meticulously managed due to the surrounding properties, but with more than two decades of experience under her belt Charlie was able to navigate the inherent complexities of this project with ease.

The property was entirely reconfigured and new plumbing and electrics were installed throughout before replacing the walls, ceilings and floors. At this point Charlie and her team got work finishing the property to an exceptional standard. Walnut flooring was sourced and installed throughout. The property is charaterised by bespoke carpentry throughout, including a new kitchen and walk in wardrobe. Three new bathrooms were installed as well as new plaster coving and fire doors throughout to finish contemporary classic property.
