A chic and modern design and build project that resulted in a unique home that was designed with luxury living at its heart.

A rear two storey extension was added to create an open plan dining area on the ground floor and a roof terrace for the master bedroom. The master bedroom was reconfigured to ensure that both the bed and the freestanding bath had views of the garden as well as accommodating a double steam shower, creating an exceptionally well appointed place to retreat for the owners.

In the kitchen, the unit doors and island were updated and a striking herringbone floor was laid over the new underfloor heating.
